BHADERWAH; A lady namely Holika Baie R/o Chhattisgarh was handed over to her husband Sahtal Lal in presence of SDPO Bhadarwah .Brajesh Sharma and SHO Munir Khan . She was found in village Sartingal of Bhaderwah in a state of mental disorder in the evening of November 10. The locals tried to persuade her to spend the night in some shelter, but she neither talked nor responded to their request. However the BJP block President Bhaderwah Ramneek Singh Manhas accompanied by his aunt Ramashwari Devi Manhas, Bhabi Ashu Manhas and wife Rupali Singh latterly dragged her into his house fearing that the unknown and mentally disturbed lady might die due to severe cold condition prevailing in the night if she remained outside under the open sky. The matter was immediately reported to SHO Bhadarwah who sent his contingent that assured action to handover the lady to her husband. When she recovered her wits after getting a coup of tee, hot water bottle and warm blankets she told that she was living with her husband who is working in Kishtwar as a mason but she couldn’t say how she reached Bhadarwah. However she spent the night comfortably.Next morning she was found in a relaxed condition so after sustained questioning she revealed that she belonged to Village Begpali of Chhattisgarh state. She also revealed her name and that of her husband who according to her had already left for Chhattisgarh. Now the issue was how to confirm the statement of the lady as correct and how and where she should be sent back. However Mr Ramneek Manhas ussing his resources could get the confirmation through Chhattisgarh police that the lady was not telling a lie in this connection SDPO Bilaigarh and Chowki officer Namely Amit Kumar Gupta proved useful by communicating to her husband who actually was still in Kishtwar and was looking for his missing wife. The police officer had also communicated the telephone numbers of Mr Manhas to Sahtal asking him to get in touch with the former for his wife.This way a complex riddle was solved and the missing lady was handed over to her husband in presence of the local police officers of Bhadarwah. Manhas had conveyed his gratitude to Bhadarwah as well as Chhattisgarh police for their active support in solving a complex issue in a record time.
