Shafqat Khan repatriated to Health and Medical Education
The government today transferred SMC Commissioner Dr Shafqat Khan and posted Riyaz Ahmad Wani, Director, Urban Local Bodies as SMC commissioner.
In an order issued this evening the government repatriated Khan to his parent department, Health and medical education department.
“In the interest of administration, Mr Riyaz Ahmad Wani, KAS, Director, Urban Local Bodies, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation, relieving Dr. Shafqat Khan, Health Officer, Srinagar Municipal Corporation of the additional charge”.
Dr. Shafqat Khan, Health Officer, Srinagar Municipal Corporation is repatriated to the Health and Medical Education Department, for further posting, the order said. (KNS)
