The bail order of senior leader Masarat Alam was suspended by a court in North Kashmir Bandipora district.
The order was challenged by the Jammu and Kashmir government and requested it to suspend. The court suspended the bail till 27 Feb.
Masarat Alam Bhat was granted bail by Chief Judicial Magistrate of Bandipora in the case FIR no. 53/2015.
He was released in April 2015 but was again booked under the stringent Public Safety Act for allegedly raising pro-Pakistan slogans and hoisting Pakistan flags at a rally to welcome Syed Ali Shah Geelani in Srinagar. (PTK)
