Over a dozen persons were injured in clashes with government forces in watapora qazipora and putushay village of bandipora district of north Kashmir on Tuesday.
Witnesses and reports said that more than 20 persons were recieved injury after Govt forced allegedly fired pellets and burst teargas shells to quell protesters.
The injured have been shifted to nearby health centres for treatment.
“The protesters engaged the forces in ding-dong battles that continued when the report was filled.
Meanwhile clashes were also reported from papachan area of Bandipora district.
Meanwhile residents of qazipora putushay and warapora area told that CRPF men went berserk early morning today.
They barged into the houses and broke the windowpanes of many houses and also fired teargas shells,” locals alleged.
