Non stop Unabated killings, one in Anantnag and one in Shopian after clashes erupted between youths and cops, both are said to be hit by pellet injuries. The recent statement of the home minister, Rajnath Singh, that situation is under control, seems to be false and unacceptable. Instead to put balm on the wounds, oil is being spilled by playing a dual policy of using pellet guns, home minister after assuring that pellet guns would not be used by the forces and would be replaced by PAVA shells, that are already adequately supplied to all forces in Kashmir, but the ground reality is something different from what home minister said.
Youths are killed like cattle, butchering them, with pellets, no remorse seen in the eyes of government, day by day it is dead clear, that situation has totally got out of control from the hands of government. The ministers role left is to issue statements only, because the forces don’t follow the orders of the government not even of home minister. Forces as hooligans are bent upon to kill the people of the Valley, by whatsoever means they can. Security forces only want and are in search of an opportunity to kill the innocent people of Kashmir. The one stone thrown on them, is sufficient for them to initiate the use of pellets, correctly to say Kashmir Valley this time has become the valley without rules and regulations, anything can happen here, with no one to be blamed and no answers to be sought from them.
The situation here is as of marshal rule, authorities silent, forces in action, they have been given full powers to suppress the ongoing agitation by all the lethal means they can. And they are doing it, openly. The forces are showing upper hand in all the activities and actions they do.
Muslim leaders and Muslims of India are silent, no statements issued from them against the killings of Kashmiri Muslims and atrocities done on them. Even Indian media is not correctly making them aware about the ground situation of the Valley. Government cannot hide and ignore their flaws by arguments and rebuts, they can provide security to cows of India but not to the people/humans of Kashmir. They kill and punish those who slaughter cows, but cannot punish and accuse those who kill humans.
To cut a very sorry figure for our mainstream politicians who even cannot resign and speak against the Center to condemn the killings in Kashmir, their posts seem more important to them than the deaths of youths.
As the news of death of two youths killed spread sporadically, tension gripped again in the Valley, South Kashmir has sacrificed 65 youths till now, rest 25 are from different corners of the North and Central Kashmir. Death is waiting on the roads, no respite from it, responsibility has evaporated, incessant rain of pellets is targeting the civilians.
Crisis is escalating to the extreme height, not residing but shows increase in graph level.
