An all-party Parliamentary delegation led by Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh arrived in Srinagar on Sunday on a two-day visit to discuss the prevalent situation in Kashmir.
The delegation arrived amid a complete shutdown called by separatists and restrictions imposed by the authorities to “avoid any law and order situation”.
Official sources said that curfew was not imposed in any area of the Valley. However, heavy deployment of police and security forces has been made in the whole valley.
