Mohammad Yasin Khan who heads Kashmir Economic Alliance (KEA) Monday said that slain Hizb-ul-Commander Burhan Muzaffar Wani “was a freedom fighter and darling of the people of Kashmir.”
Khan also added that, “Kashmir was never a part of India and it never will be.”
“When more than 2.5 lakh people show up at the funeral of a youngster it should give a clear message to the Government of India who the people of Kashmir are with, and what their aspiration are,” he added.
Khan was addressing a press conference in Srinagar regarding the volatile situation in Kashmir. He was accompanied by the members of FCIK, Civil Society of Kashmir and KCCI.
