Srinagar, Feb. 14: A partial solar eclipse is set to occur on February 15, According to the report published in The Indian Express, celestial phenomenon will be visible in certain paths of the Southern Hemisphere and can be seen over Antarctica, southern parts of the Atlantic Ocean and southern South America.
NASA advises it is never safe to look directly at a solar eclipse, whether it is a partial or total lunar eclipse. According to the reports, this partial solar eclipse will be visible for close to 2 hours, with the event expected to start at 5.43 pm local time in the Antarctic peninsula, and end by 7.34 pm.
