Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti express hope that people will vote for the party in upcoming parliamentary polls to ease out valley out of the despair.
While addressing party convention at Dak-Bunglow Anantnag PDP President Mehbooba Mufti said that PDP is committed to the agenda of Alliance for which people have given them mandate in valley. She said that PDP will work for the agenda for the betterment of people.
She called upon the central government to resume dialogue with Pakistan besides taking necessary steps for restoring the confidence and trust of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Mehbooba while talking to media on the occasion showed confidence that the Tasaduq will win the seat, however she quickly adds that “Let Tasaduq answer himself about his chances of winning the polls”.
Meanwhile addressing the meeting of the Pahalgam assembly segment the PDP candidate for Anantnag parliamentary constituency Tasaduq Mufti said that his father late Mufti Mohammad Sayeed had a vision to face left the tourist infrastructure at tourist destinations of Kashmir Valley.
Terming education as a bench mark of the developmental agenda of his party, he said that PDP is committed to revolutionize the education in government schools.
On the occasion Rafi Ahmad Mir, Sajad Mufti and Waheed-ur-Rehman Parra were also present. (PTK)
