AJKSU demands justice for the Ladakhi medical student
All J&K Students Union has strongly condemned the Wildish act in which a Ladakhi medical student was allegedly molested by HOD at GMC Jammu, and insisted authorities to provide justice to the student. Such incidents are less in J&K as compared to other states or we doubt victims prefer to remain silent, as they know justice is being delayed here and they strongly believe in the famous term “Justice delayed is justice denied” .
In a press statement issued, AJKSU Spokesperson said that such acts should not be shrouded in, victims will lose faith in law and others will prefer suffer instead speak, in case of eve teasing or any kind of harassment. He also said Ladakh is also part of the state and they should not be neglected in any case, they have already protested and were assured of action against the culprit but no action was taken so far. AJKSU will not tolerate any kind of injustice with the students and will always speak up, we stand with that girl and will support them until justice is delivered, added he.
