AIP Supremo and MLA Langate Er. Rasheed has appealed educationists all over India not to get mislead by propaganda of political leaders and security agencies about conducting of exams and other related issues in Kashmir. Addressing an impressive function at SKICC, organized by a local private school in collaboration with an NGO namely ‘Serving Nations’ Er. Rasheed said that Kashmiris have every reason to doubt everything being imported from Delhi.
In a statement issued, he said “while investment from various NGO’s in the field of education and other related activities should be appreciated, but any of such moves should not be at the cost of interfering into or diluting cultural, social, traditional and religious ethos of Kashmir. Kashmiris will not tolerate anything that will amount to cultural or religious invasion in the name of education.”
He appealed the renowned educationists who had come from different parts of India to understand that had Kashmiris been against providing quality education to their children, then it would have been impossible for the organisers to organise such impressive functions and they don’t need sermons from those who blinded their children with pallets.
He appealed these educationists to tell people, decision makers and all other related organisations, agencies and institutes to convey the deep displeasure and anger on behalf of Kashmiris for harassing and torturing Kashmiri students in different parts of India (PTK)
