Dozens of National Conference party workers today joined the in-power Bhartiya Janta Party during a party meeting held at its party head office, Jawahar Nagar, Srinagar, claimed BJP spokesman.
Speaking on the occasion, Media incharge Kashmir, Altaf Thakur said, “because of Modi’s vision and the slogan “Sab Ka Saath Sab Ka Vikas”, the active political workers of different parties have joined the BJP.
Thakur further stated that Narendra Modi led NDA government works for the overall development of more than 125 crore Indians and that’s the vision of Modi and his followers.
On the occasion, District vice President Srinagar, Ashok Bhat in his address said that it is self explanatory the way Modi government is working for the development of the country.
He further said, “Youth at present want to compete in the changing world and don’t want to live in isolation. Every step will be taken to protect and boost activities which can give suitable outlet to the sentiments of youth in each and every field of development. BJP do favor exploitation of human energy, power and source rather to utilize the same for their respectful dignified life”.
The newly joined youths on the occasion said that they are impressed by the development model of Narendra Modi and war against corruption and black money.
They further said demonetization of Rs 500 and 1000 notes are a major step to check the black money and it will certainly have a positive impact on Indian economy.
