Mirwaiz is detained in a Cheshmashahi forest hut turned into a sub jail since August 26 when he was formally arrested after his house detention.
“Authorities today got an extension in the detention of Mirwaiz sahib from some magistrate,” media advisor to Mirwaiz, advocate Shahid-ul-Islam told Rising Kashmir during his house detention.
Shahid also said that Mirwaiz has been kept in solitary confinement at Cheshmashahi.
