‘Few Pandits on India’s payroll, used as tissue papers’
The Pakistan administered Kashmir (PaK) based United Jihad Council- amalgam of several militant outfits, today while rejecting any surgical strikes on their base camps said, “India can’t even think about conducting surgical areas.”
In a statement issued here, the UJC Secretary General Sheikh Jameel-U-Rehman said, “Indian army is mentally disturbed and such forces can’t even dare to think about surgical strikes. The Indian army is involved in gross human rights violation in Kashmir.”
Reiterating its stand, Rehman said their fight is not against any religion, caste or creed, but against the “illegal occupation of India in Kashmir”.
He said the Pandits living in Kashmir have always supported the freedom struggle, but added that some youths in Pandit community, living outside J&K, are on the payroll of Indian agencies “who are being used like tissue papers”.
The UJC, which is being headed by Hizbul Mujahideen Supreme commander Syed Salahuddin, who hails from Budgam area of Kashmir, said the voice of right to self determination can’t be suppressed by tear gas shells or bullets.
