Senior Hurriyat (M) leader and Chairman JKLF (H) Javaid Ahmad Mir today said the forces have lost control on Kashmir’s prevailing situation and as they have continuously raining pellets and bullets on civilians.
In a statement issued to PTK, he said besides the people of Valley the whole resistance leadership has been put under arrest at different jails or confined to their houses.
He said on the other hand lacs of pellet cartages have been imported to Kashmir despite the claims of banning this lethal weapon.
Commenting over the proposed visit of All Party Delegation, Mir said is the delegation coming here for the exhibition of pellet guns.
“India should shun its approach of “talks under Indian Constitution” and initiate a dialogue process under the principals of Right to Self Determination or tripartite dialogue among the main stake holders to the Kashmir dispute i.e. India, Pakistan and the people of Kashmir,” he said.
He said the ruling dispensation failed to impose ban on pellets what can we expect from the visiting delegation for the resolution of Kashmir dispute.
Commenting over the statement of USA Foreign Secretary Mr. John Kerry, Javaid Mir said America should play its role on the resolution of Kashmir issue like it played in the resolution of Sudan and East Timor, adding, America should use its good offices with India and aware about the facts that on just military might its can’t suppress the peoples movement neither these suppressive tactics will bear fruits.
