A two-seater Pakistan aircraft reportedly entered Indian air space yesterday noon. A silver colour aircraft was seen around 1.05 pm in RS Pura, Arnia sector, Jammu and Kashmir as reported by the Air Traffic Control (ATC).
The violation was reported by the 127 Battalion of BSF to its frontier headquarter in Jammu. ATC reported the matter and BSF informed the Defence Ministry.
The plane came from the direction of Shahid Iqbal post of Pakistan. It flew over RS Pura’s Sangrala area at a height of 200 meters and flew towards Pakistan’s Putwal post.
Since the issue comes under civil aviation department, no immediate action has been taken by BSF or Air Force, reports added.
