11 persons were injured in clashes in Kaloosa area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Tuesday.
Hospital officials told Rising Kashmir that many of injured have pellet injuries.
Pertinently youth early today came on roads and staged protest which led to clashes.
Later in the afternoon forces barged into residential houses and allegedly ransacked property and beat whosoever came in their way.
Witnesses said that forces resorted to tear some shelling and use pellet guns to disperse the protesters.
Locals said that dozens of people were injured in forces action, however hospital officials confirmed the injuring of eleven persons with mostly pellet injuries.
