The unrest in Kashmir directly affecting winter capital of Valley, even as the State Government and the Centre are struggling to restore peace order in Kashmir valley, hit by the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani, several Jammu based business houses are suffering in isolation and counting huge loses.
Though the famous trade body in the region Chamber of Commerce and Industries is yet to quantify the absolute losses, the common trader is hit hard by the long spell of unrest in valley.
The loss of business in Kashmir is uncountable and cant be measured right now but it directly affects Jammu as the temple city business is directly dependent upon Kashmir. While talking to JKNN Jammu city business man Mohammad Sadiq said that the loss is u repairable as my Trucks are in que from last twenty five days. Most of the Forwarding agents are based in Jammu city and are praying for early peace in valley.
Meanwhile Traders Union Kashmir Spokesperson Sajjad Gul while talking to JKNN said that we know that valley business is in deep trouble and loss but how will we forget those youth who gave their hot blood for the freedom. Our freedom struggle is much more important than business.
