Shah-e-wilayat welfare trust on Sunday organised a medical camp at chattergul, Kangan, District Ganderbal.
The event started with the speech by the Mufti of that area Mufti Farooq, who in his speech introduced the trust to the locals and briefed the motive to them. Dr. Dilafroza Malik and Dr. Shabnam Shamim helped in diagnosing the sick and prescribed them the required medicine which was kept available by the trust.
More than 2000 people were provided the recoired medication through this medical camp.
The event would not have been possible without the assistance and support of the BMO, Kangan, Dr. Shabir Ahmad Awan, who provide the doctors for this camp.
The representatives of the trust thanked head master govt middle school chettergul bala, kangan , Molana Abdul Rashid for providing the space and arrangements at the school, Mr Jalal-u-din Wani, the village chokidar, Haji Ghulam Muhammad Mir, the president of 3 villages at chattergul, lambardar Mr Manzoor Ahmad Mir, Mr Abdul Rehman Mir, and Haji Ghulam Mohi-u-din Badana.
Chairperson of shah-e-wilayat trust, Ms Mymoona Qureshi said that this is the start of the social work the team has in mind, as they are planning to make it big and provide help to a larger extent by holding camps and workshops where people will be benefited not only in the health sector but in the sectors of education and skill development aswell.
Lastly the team of Shah-e-wilayat trust thanked the locals of chattergul, kangan as without there support the event would not have been a success.
