At least five cops and two CRPF men sustained splinter injuries in a blast that occurred inside a police vehicle at Pulwama in south Kashmir on Monday.
According to reports a police vehicle was standing near Bus Stand in the town when suddenly a blast occurred inside the vehicle resulting in injuries to at least seven forces men.
A police official who was on duty in the bus stand said that some unknown persons hurled a grenade inside the vehicle that resulted into injuries to the forces men.
Another police officer of the concerned police station said that they are ascertaining the facts whether the blast was a grenade attack or it was an accidental blast inside the police vehicle.
