Uri: Two labourers and a dumper driver were injured in a road mishap in Uri in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Sunday evening.
Reports reaching GNS said that an accident took place in Bhagna vilage in Noorkhah Uri after a dumper vehicle bearing registration number JK02AP 4607 skidded off the road, resulting in injuries to three persons.
The injured were taken to PHC Boniyar where from they were shifted to GMC Baramulla for specialised treatment.
The injured have been identified as driver Mohammad Ashraf Sheikh, 40, son of Ghulam Mohammad Sheikh of Khanpora, Mukthar Ahmad Angher, 22, son of Ghulam Ahmad Ahanghar of Zehanpora Boniyar and Abid Khan, 18, son of Mohammad Lateef Khan of Nowshera.
One Mukhtar is reported to have suffered critical injuries in the incident.
A police official cofirming the incident to GNS said that a case has been registered in this regard.
