Lashkar-e-Taiba chief Mahmood Shah on Wednesday said whether it is Track-2 or Track-3 policy, India “must evacuate Kashmir” under each circumstance.
In a statement, a spokesperson of the outfit Dr Abdullah Ghaznavi while quoting LeT chief Mahmood Shah said, “Our youth are sacrificing their lives for their freedom struggle to end the illegal Indian occupation. No policy, doctrine or formula shall succeed till India’ leaves Jammu Kashmir.”
Shah, as per spokesperson, paid tribute to the Hizb-ul-Mujahideen militants killed in Kulgam and thanked people for participating in large numbers in absentia funeral prayers for slain militants. “This is an eye-opener for Rajnath Singh,” he said.
“India must know that the nation and Mujahideen are on the same page for their freedom and that the struggle to end illegal occupation will continue,” Dr Ghaznavi quoted Shah as saying. (GNS)
