12 people killed in Pakistan road accident

Islamabad: At least 12 people, including six women were killed and 10 injured in a road accident in Pakistan’s Gujranwala, media reports said on Friday. Both vehicles were on their way to Gujranwala from Sargodha carrying 28 passengers. The accident occurred after the both vans’ drivers lost control of their vehicles reportedly due to over speeding and collided with another van approaching them from the opposite direction, according to Geo News. A minor girl was among those who killed in the accident. According to reports, the toll may rise as four to five people are in critical condition. UNI VP RNJ
