AIRTEL and JIO subscribers of Kangan Akhail are facing immense hardship due to poor services in the area.
Subscribers alleged that they are experiencing a lot of trouble with mobile communication and internet connectivity. They told that despite several complaints have been made before the concern officers who had assured immediate action.
They added that ironically nothing was done to improvement the services in the area. They said both AIRTEL and JIO networks are poor in the area. They said that the distant and location of their towers is the major reason behind weak signals.
According to subscribers they are facing unusual deduction in balance amount and caps on tariff plans which adds to their woes.
Ali Mohd, a local resident said that, “It is very troublesome to make or receive calls. Even if the signal comes, line disturbance and call drop makes it difficult to communicate”.
Manzoor Ahmad, other local resident said that “Complaints have been made several times regarding poor network but to no avail, because concerned authorities are showing deaf ear which is big unfortunate”.
They said that networking problems need to be checked out very soon to ensure the smooth cellular and internet connectivity. (PTK)
