PDP candidate for Anantnag parliamentary constituency and heir apparent son of PDP founder late Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, Tasaduq Mufti on Saturday vowed to fight for truthfulness despite victory or defeat in the upcoming parliamentary elections.
According to KNS correspondent Tasaduq Rashid, asking people not to risk their lives for his victory Tasaduq exhorted people to take care of their security first.
Addressing a workers meeting at Dak Banglow Anantnag, Tasaduq said his father late Mufti Mohammad Sayeed has asked him to fight for truthfulness and he will continue to do so irrespective of the outcome of the upcoming Lok Sabha bye-elections. He told the workers it is time to work for the welfare of people and first priority is the people connected to PDP through workers.
Stating that my victory will be put for the party and democracy but priority is the worker but not me. “I am next to workers and the people”, he added.
