In its efforts to mitigate the grievances of general public, Divisional Administration Kashmir has established a special winter helpline in Police Control Room Kashmir.
The helpline will deal with the requirements put across by the citizens with regard to electricity, drinking water, health, R&B, SMC, Fire services and food and civil supplies.
The helpline will remain functional round the clock with effect from 04-11-2016. General public is requested to call on 01942506508, 9858222333 and 9419077374 to register their grievances.
