Violent clashes rock Doda, SHO among 10 injured

At least ten persons including a police officer were injured in Doda, after clashes erupted between protesters and government forces soon after the Friday prayers were over.

Sources said that large number of people raised slogans against the civilian killings in Kashmir at the hands of police and CRPF.

They said that police used force to disperse the protesters resulting in clashes.

Ten persons sustained injuries including local Station House Officer (SHO). Clashes in Doda were going on when the reports last came in.

In Bhaderwah, also people organised protests against the civilian killings in Kashmir.
