Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj has strongly warned Pakistan against interfering in the internal affairs of India.

In a written reply in Rajya Sabha , Sushma Thursday said that India will not accept ‘glorification of terrorism’ by Pakistan.

She further said that Indian government has talked to other countries to nullify the disinformation campaign launched by Pakistan.

The foreign minister said that after the killing of Hizbul terrorist Burhan Wani by Indian security forces on July 8, senior officials of Pakistan raised this matter with  envoys of many countries including permanent members of United Nations Security Council (UN) as well as ASEAN countries in Islamabad.

In these meetings, Pakistan accused India of violating human rights in Kashmir valley.

Sushma Swaraj, however, said that India has completely rejected such acts and statements of Pakistan because Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of the country.

“We have told world leaders that  people of Jammu and Kashmir are citizens of India and the government is fully aware of its responsibilities,” Sushma said in her reply.
