Amir Bashir Lone(17) from Sedow Shopian succumbed to his injuries at SKIMS Soura this morning at 6:30 am after which his body was taken to PCR Srinagar, sources said.
Earlier, doctors at SKIMS had termed his conditions “very critical”.
He had been hit by pellets from a very close range on Friday which had perforated his skull at various places and damaged his brain severely.
With this death, the death toll so far has reached to 68( including 2 cops) in the violent clashes that erupted after the killing of Commander Burhan Wani on July 8.
