The shops and other business establishments opened at commercial hub Lal Chowk at 6 pm on Tuesday, witnesses said.
Its in place to mention here joint resistance leadership comprising Syed Ali Shah Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Yasin Malik has asked people to resume their daily chores after 6 pm and observe shutdown during day time.
Traffic was also seen plying on roads and good number of people were seen shopping in the markets.
