Raja Farooq Haider Khan of Pakistan Muslim League-N has been elected as new Prime Minister of Pakistan occupied Kashmir, reports said on Sunday.
Khan secured 38 votes while a joint candidate of Muslim Conference and PTI Ghulam Mohi ud din Dewan and Chaudhry Muhammad Yaseen of Pakistan Peoples’ Party bagged five votes each.
PaK President will administer oath to the new Prime Minster of PaK later in the day.
Pak Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has congratulated Raja Farooq Haider on being elected as Prime Minister of PoK.
