Incoming call facility was restored on prepaid mobile telecom networks in Kashmir on Thursday, a day after all services resumed on postpaid networks.
The government had ordered suspension of all mobile telecom services in Kashmir, except those of state-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, on July 14 following widespread uproar against Commander Burhan Wani’s killing that had led to death of over 50 civilians by then.
