A youth club established by army “Chinar Corps” which was to have a gym for both men and women, computer center and a tutor lab which after being completed few weeks ago and yet to be inaugurated was set on fire during the intervening night of Monday in Bandipora.
However the club was partially damaged, sources said.
At Kaloosa, the 27th RR have laid siege in the area since a week, with locals being restricted to their homes.
The locals alleged harassment and unreasonable high handedness at the hands of army personnel.
