The medicos at Srinagar’s SKIMS Thursday said that a Kulgam boy who suffered a deadly haemorrhage in his head succumbed to his injuries taking the death toll to 38.
Dar Irfan was admitted in the hospital on Monday after CRPF personnel as per his attendants banged his head and caused a severe haemorrhage.
“From the day one itself, his condition remained critical,” said a doctor treating him. “His head was savagely beaten causing a severe haemorrhage.”
