Police Mobile Bunker Pushed into Jhelum, Cop Dead

​A policeman was killed after protesters pushed a mobile bunker of JKP into River Jhelum in south Kashmir’s Islamabad district on Sunday.

Addressing a presser here, Government spokesperson, Naeem Akhtar, said, “crowd pushed the bunker into River Jhelum in Islamabad district near Sangam in which a cop was killed.”

Kashmir is witnessing tense situation following death of militant commander, Burhan Wani.

At least 16 youth have been killed by forces in protests after the death of Burhan and his two associates on Friday evening.
