Minor Girl Gang-raped in Kupwara, FIR Lodged, 2 attested

In a shocking incident of inhuman act a 15 years minor girl has been gangraped  by three men in Daver  lolab Kupwara. Police  while confirming  the incident said two accused  have  been  arrested an Fir lodged wide no 74/2016 under section 363 376 rpc in ps lalpora Kupwara. The  accused have  been identified as MANZOOR  AHMAD  SHALA resident of dardpora and   JAFFAR AHMAD KHAN resident of Diver.  

The police spokesman in Srinagar said that the medical examination of the woman has been conducted.“…and further investigation is on,” he said.

Meanwhile, SDPO Lolab Hilal Ahmad said that the medical examination has confirmed rape. SSP Kupwara Ajaz Ahmad Bhat said that the girl told them that she was taken by her foster brother namely Jaffar Khan for an outing in the village on eid. But “According to the lady, he forcibly took her in the nearby forest where he and his friend namely Manzoor Lone of Darpora Lolab raped her. 

Source told that the  men took the girl to a near by forest  on the pretext of taking her home and where they  committed the inhuman act.
