Ganderbal: A woman died while several residential houses were damaged due to gusty winds in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district last night.
Amina Bagum (35), wife of Shabir Ahmad Chara, resident of Rayil Zab in Gund Tehsil was killed when a tree, uprooted by high winds, fell on her house, resulting in her on spot death.
The house also suffered extensive damage in the accident.Several structures and two vehicles were damaged while a number of trees were uprooted by winds.
