Three more paramilitary CRPF men succumbed to injuries taking death toll to eight.
A senior CRPF officer said that two militants (fidyeens) attacked CRPF convoy at Nambalbal in Pampore resulting into death of five CRPF men.
“Twenty other paramilitary men sustained injuries”, the officer said.
He said that in the retaliatory action both the militants have been gunned down.
Among the twenty injured, three more troopers succumbed to injuries taking death toll to eight, he said.
