Police has arrested two drug peddlers and recovered Fukki from their possession at Bijbehra in Anantnag District.
On a tip off, a police party of Police Station Bijbehara Anantnag during naka checking at Kanilwan Chandpora road intercepted a Motorcycle bearing registration number No.JK03A-6821 and recovered 8 Kilograms of Fukki from two people who were riding on the motorcycle.
They were identified as Muzaffer Ahmad Bhat son of Mohammad Amin Bhat resident of Devsar Kulgam and Farooq Ahmad Shah son of Abdul Rehim Shah resident of Salia Pazmulla Ashmuqam.
Anantnag police has registered a case FIR number 120/ 2016 under section 15 /18 NDPS against them and investigation has been taken up.
