A Shikara wala drowned in river Jehlum while saving his tourist customers.
A Shikara wala namely Ghulam Mohammad Guroo son of Abdul Samad Guroo resident of Rajbagh drowned while saving his tourist customers yesterday when his Shikara capsized in river Jehlum near Fateh Kadal foot-bridge. The Shikara wala was saving the tourists and their luggage with the help of another motor boat but unfortunately drowned in the river. All the tourists were rescued and the search to retrieve the body of Shikara wala is going on.
