Mendhar: An Indian army jawan was injured in an accidental fire at Balakote sector of Mendhar in frontier district of Poonch last evening.
The injured personal has been identified as Naik Rajan Kumar of 15 Bihar Regiment. Naik received bullet injury on neck as his gun went-off accidentally while he was on duty. He was rushed to nearby unit hospital and then referred to Military Hospital Rajouri, where his condition was said to be serious, the reports added.
