Police on Saturday said that a commander of Hizb-ul-Mujahideen outfit surrendered before a security agency.
Additional SP Pulwama Azhar Baba said that Hizb commander Tariq Pandith surrendered before a security agency in a village in Pulwama in the wee hours today.
Pandith was seen in group pictures with Burhan Wani that were widely circulated on social media.
