Election Control Room set up in Anantnag as 1st nomination For Bye-Election filed

SRINAGAR:  To look into the matters pertaining to the upcoming bye-elections in Anantnag Assembly Constituency, an Election Control Room was today setup in DC Office Anantnag. A toll-free number, 18001807054 has also been established there to receive queries from concerned quarters.

On 4^th day after the issuance of Election Notification for conduct of Bye-elections to 40-Anantnag Assembly constituency, first nomination was filed in the office of Returning Officer today.

Hilal Ahmad Shah of Congress deposited his nomination papers before the concerned Returning officer for Anantnag Assembly constituency.
