CCTV footage unclear, accused absconding
A 19-year-old mentally challenged girl was gang-raped by two men who offered to drop her to home on their bike in Outer Delhi’s Shahbad Dairy on Sunday afternoon, the police said. The accused are absconding.
The girl was under treatment for the last three years, the police said.
