The report said that in the year 2004, the Patwari concerned fraudulently made entries in revenue records, measuring about 65 kanals, in favour of Omkishwar and Omeshwar both sons of Om Prakash and 15 kanals in favour of one Mohammad Razak as illegal occupants, out of 821 kanals. However, the said chunk of land was restored to the State by expunging the false entries from the Girdawari Register last year, the report said.
