‘PDP facilitator in paving entry to RSS in Valley’
Srinagar: Youth National Conference (YNC) on Sunday while castigating the present regime over endangering the special status of the state, said that the conspiracies being hatched against the Jammu and Kashmir must be given a befitting reply by the people.
While addressing a day long interactive meet with YNC cadre at Ganderbal YNC Provincial President Salman Ali Sagar reiterated that NC has every time strived for safeguarding state’s special position and would not be reluctant in offering more sacrifices for the same, if need arises during the times to come.
Salman maintained that PDP-BJP government is hell bent upon implementing the RSS agenda in the state with PDP acting as a main facilitator in paving entry of the fanatics to the land of Sufis and saints. He said Jammu and Kashmir has never witnessed such a stage wherein its integrity is at stake. Salman asked people to come forward so that the nefarious agendas of the communal people could be foiled with earnest efforts.
Hailing NC’s working president Omar Abdullah over the stand he has taken vis-a-vis safeguarding JK’s unique position, Salman said NC while being in power or in position has never diluted its stand and that Omar Abdullah in 2008 has made it clear in the parliament that not even a single inch of JK can be given to any outsider. Salman maintained that establishment of the Sainik colony and the new industrial policy would be a severe blow to state’s special status and that the party would defeat governments every move in this regard.
“Instead of taking any pro-people measure, this government since day one has indulged itself in weakening JKs special status by bringing such contentious issues rather than working for the betterment of the state and its people,” said Salman.
The meet was also addressed by VP YNC Imran Nabi Dar, Saleem Akhoon, DP YNC Mushtaq Ahmad and other YNC leaders.
