Hurriyat (G) chairman Syed Ali Geelani and JKLF Chief Yasin Malik on Wednesday said a “do or die situation” has been created for Kashmiris by Indian policymakers.
Earlier, Malik reached Hurriyat (G) residence at Hyderpora where he discussed several issues, including the “establishment of Sainik Colonies, separate Townships for the Kashmiri Pandits, induction of the New Industrial Policy, construction of shelters for the non-state labours, the issue of NEET and the miserable condition of the Jammu Muslims” with Geelani.
“It was decided in the meeting that the pro-freedom organizations will jointly resist the implementation of the RSS agendas and a disciplined and an effective course of action will be formulated in this regard,” said a statement issued by Hurriyat (G).
“The Chairman Hurriyat Jinab Syed Ali Geelani Sahab and Liberation Front leader Mohammad Yaseen Malik Sahab unanimously agreed that a “Do or Die” like situation has been created for the Kashmiri nation and said that any negligence in this regard on the part of the nation will have serious consequences and very soon our condition will not be better than the Palestine people who have been rendered homeless in their own land,” it said.
Both the leaders, according to the statement, agreed that the policy makers of India want to change the demography of the Jammu & Kashmir as soon as possible.
“… and for this purpose the new communal government will use its entire force and machinery. PDP in this regard is extending its every possible support to the RSS and this party has sold the entire Kashmiri nation for the chair of power.”
They said that Mehbooba Mufti and few of her ministers were “absolutely lying” to the people and they are keeping the public in dark regarding the “dangerous policies of New Delhi.”
“Geelani Sahab and Mohammad Yaseen Malik Sahab said that the Kashmiri nation will do everything to safeguard their struggle, individuality and their Muslim identity and the pro-freedom leadership will be at frontline of this movement. Both the leaders agreed in the historic meeting at Hyderpora that if India will try to implement its wicked policies in Jammu & Kashmir, the entire pro-freedom leadership and the Kashmiri nation will be on same page and will resist in every possible ways,” said the statement.
The leaders “appealed the nation to be mentally prepared to counter the agendas of RSS and Sang Parivar and reaffirm your resolve that the Indian rulers have to go through our dead bodies to implement their vicious policies.”
